Mission 

To enrich the lives of American Muslims in MI, and fulfill their needs by providing high-quality spiritual, educational and social services based on the guidance of the Quran and the teaching of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

Vision

Building a unified and vibrant Muslim community, that resembles the model of the Muslim community established by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in Madina, based on faith, brotherhood, knowledge, spirituality, ethics and contribution to the large society.

Objective

Provide a healthy, safe and friendly American Muslim environment in which all members feel welcomed regardless of their gender, race, color or religion. Provide well-balanced Islamic knowledge that is faithful to the sources (the Quran and the Sunna of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ) and relevant to our reality. 

– Empower the members spiritually, socially and intellectually.

– Create social activities that help strengthen unity and brotherhood among the members.

– To be an excellent model of American Muslims communities.

– Believing that knowledge is power, MCC aspires to provide balanced Islamic Knowledge that is faithful to the Islamic sources and relevant to the American context (and furnish Muslim non-Muslim dialogue). It will work towards promoting spiritual, intellectual and social growth of American Muslim youth and equip them with essential life skills that empower them to be proud of their identity and diligently contribute to their society.

– The organization’s primary goal and objective is enrichment and preservation of the Islamic identity by encouraging members to live in conformity with the principles of Islam in a changing world. Towards this objective, MCC plans to undertake a wide range of activities.

COMMUNITY SERVICES

    • Organizing workshops in various religious and non-religious subjects,
    • Organizing annual MCC Conference,
    • Encouraging research and publication,
    • Organizing book club,
    • Organizing weekly lectures and daily short speeches,
    • Building bridges with educational institutes and universities in the region,
    • Furnish Muslim non-Muslim dialogue,
    • To promote family values in accordance with Islamic teaching,
    • To promote the human rights that Islam emphasizes: brotherhood, equality, justice, mercy, compassion, and peace.
    • To foster unity among Muslims and Muslim organizations, irrespective of national or ethnic origins, and encourage cooperation and coordination amongst them;
    • Promoting volunteerism and providing life-skill trainings;
